1.Nature of the Program
The Liceron AI Internship is a paid training and mentorship program. It does not create an employer-employee relationship. No stipend, salary, or wages are paid to participants. Completion of the program does not guarantee a job offer at Liceron Technologies Private Limited or any other company.
2.Fees & Payment
The internship fee for each track is displayed on the payment page inside the student dashboard. Fees become non-refundable after Task 1 is assigned or after 48 hours from payment, whichever is earlier. Payments are accepted via the UPI / bank methods listed on the payment page.
3.Refund Policy
You are entitled to a full refund if you request it within 48 hours of payment AND before any task has been assigned to you. After that point, no refund will be issued. Refund requests should be sent to the grievance officer (see Section 10).
4.What You Receive
- Structured task-based learning with mentor reviews
- A digital offer letter
- A verifiable digital certificate of completion
- A portfolio project you can showcase publicly
The certificate is issued by Liceron Technologies Private Limited. It is not a government-accredited qualification. Liceron's DPIIT recognition refers to its status as a startup, not to accreditation of this training program.
5.No Placement Guarantee
The program does not guarantee employment, interviews, or referrals. Any job offer, referral, or LOR is offered separately and explicitly at Liceron's sole discretion.
6.Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of the code and projects you build during the internship. Liceron may request permission (through a clearly opt-in checkbox on the submission form — never automatic) to showcase your project publicly for marketing purposes.
7.Task 1 is Optional
Task 1 ("Announce Your Internship" — the LinkedIn post) is a recommended visibility step for your own portfolio. It is not mandatory, not a condition of certificate issuance, and skipping it does not affect your progress to Task 2 or your eligibility for the certificate.
8.Certificate Issuance & Revocation
Certificates are issued only after (a) required tasks are approved, (b) payment is approved, and (c) admin sign-off. Certificates may be revoked in cases of plagiarism, fraudulent submission, or non-payment. Revoked certificates will show as "Revoked" on the public verification page.
9.Data Privacy
We collect your name, email, phone, resume, and payment reference details for the sole purpose of running this program. Data is stored securely on our backend infrastructure. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties beyond what is operationally required to deliver the program.
10.Grievance Contact
For complaints, refund requests, or data-related concerns, contact our grievance officer:

Separate agreement — opt-in only
Capstone Partner Agreement (Task 5 opt-in)
This agreement is separate from the general Terms above and applies only if a student explicitly opts into the "Build-With-Liceron" capstone track on Task 5. It is not covered by the general application checkbox — it requires its own explicit consent inside the student dashboard before Task 5 can be submitted. Students who don't opt in complete a standard capstone project they own fully, like Tasks 1–4.
Capstone Partner Agreement (Task 5 opt-in only)
This task is optional. You may instead complete a standard capstone project that you own fully, like Tasks 1–4.
If you opt in, the agent built under this task is developed as a collaboration between you and Liceron Technologies Private Limited.
1. Credit — You are credited as a Contributor/Partner on this specific agent, and named in any public listing, showcase, or documentation of it.
2. Rights granted to Liceron — Liceron may use, deploy, modify, and commercialize the agent, including with clients, without needing further permission from you.
3. Ownership — You do not retain exclusive ownership of this specific output. Tasks 1–4 remain fully yours regardless of this choice.
4. What you receive in exchange — a "Founding Contributor" credential on your certificate.
5. Separate consent — This is a separate agreement from the general Terms & Conditions. Opting in below is your explicit, informed consent to this arrangement.
